For so long, I found styling a blazer for outside of the office super hard. I couldn’t figure out how to make it look like I wasn’t heading straight to a meeting at the office. With a few outfit nightmares under my belt, I’m a seasoned pro! I’ve shown a few other casual blazer inspired looks like my favourite structured black one and the prettiest spring floral blazer.
The trick is to stay super casual for the rest of the look. I know, mind-blowing right.. wrong! It’s the easiest thing and I really don’t know how it took me this long to figure it out. With my sense of style though, I’m usually overdressed rather than underdressed. So even my casual was still too dressy for a casual blazer. Blazers are so versatile though that I needed to find a way. You can shop my favourite blazers down below that can be dressed up or down like this fun patterned one, this super affordable one, or this gorgeous splurge.
I decided to pull ou all time casual with a graphic tee and jeans. A good graphic tee is the perfect piece to throw on. I’m ashamed to say that I did a closet clean out last year around the time that I had decided I hated graphic tees. So here I am with only one lone one left, and an itch to expand my collection. The latest ones on my wishlist are super cute and casual like this one, this one and this one.
PS Who else is beyond thankful we don’t have this much snow anymore?!
