Floral Midi Dress | All Saints Leather Jacket (last seen here) | Samsoe + Samsoe Belt | Joe Fresh Socks (identical here) | Steve Madden Boots | Camelia Roma Bag | Kate Spade Sunglasses
My winter wardrobe mostly consists of full length pants and the thickest sweaters I can find because it’s so cold out. We had a few weeks of absolute freezing temperatures (think -30 degrees..) so right when it warmed up a tad, I pulled out this floral midi dress.
As you probably know, floral prints are my absolute favourite thing in the world. I wore a floral print dress to every graduation I’ve had, and I wouldn’t be surprised if my wedding dress was floral too!
I first bought a button down top in this pattern and fell so in love, when I saw it came in a dress too, I HAD to have it. Not going to lie, if you wear it wrong, it looks a bit like something your grandma would wear. But add a few edgy pieces, it’s one for the books!
My fave leather pieces came out to edge this dress up a bit like my classic leather jacket, the prettiest belt, and this year’s black boots from Steve Madden. Plus, adding a bit of fishnet is always a sure fire way to edge a look up a bit!
This Samsoe + Samsoe belt was one of my last purchases from Copenhagen and when I bought it, I was skeptical of how much use I would get from it. Since I brought it home though, I’ve been using it like crazy! It looks so good with jeans and a tucked in top, or like I used it here, overtop of a dress. That’s the kind of versatility I like!
