Aritzia Dress | Joe Fresh Tights | Kendall + Kylie Boots via Winners | Zara Clutch | Zara Coat (old, similar here) | Aritzia Scarf | Kate Spade Sunglasses | Alex and Ani Bracelet via Hudson’s Bay
I’ve gotten more and more into dresses over the past few years, as I chatted about in this post, I used to be a terrible dress shopper. I never used to make length or comfort a priority! Now, if it’s not past my finger tips, it’s not in my closet and if I can’t comfortably walk around without having the fear of God in me that the dress is going to ride up, you better believe I won’t be buying it. Now, it still takes me a good dress to give up a pair of trousers, but I’m heading more and more towards the fact that dresses can be just as comfortable!
I picked up this beauty from Aritzia back in December during their Boxing Day sale and it’s so versatile; I love wearing it to the office and to Sunday brunch! Office wear has been at the top of my priority list considering how much of my time is spent working and sadly, work doesn’t allow leggings and crop tops. Not that I’m complaining, I actually love dressing up! But it’s a lot more fun when my work outfits look good and are comfy too.
To combat the chill when I headed to brunch, I added my all time favourite coat from Zara and my cutest Aritzia scarf; by far two of the most worn pieces I have in my closet! I also love adding a touch of leopard to my looks and this bag from Zara is the perfect piece to do so. The Zara in Copenhagen had it, so I ended up buying it on a whim. All of the ones I had seen before cost well over $200, which I wasn’t willing to pay. I also have the cutest leopard belt that adds the perfect little touch to some of my other looks!
