A few fall layers to get through the season! Keep scrolling to see how I layer a few secondhand finds for a cute fall outfit.

Obviously from the look of these photos, it was a few weeks ago that I snapped them. Unfortunately for those of us in Edmonton, the pretty fall leaves have been replaced with layers and layers of snow. I was hoping it would hold off until December, but I knew that was a little unrealistic!
I went to the Wardrobe Exchange YEG here in Edmonton back in September, and snagged some super cute things. Both the tops I’m wearing here I found at the event. In my effort to shop more secondhand, I love that I can find pieces I LOVE and having them be used. The houndstooth top is actually one that my mom has (and I always used to steal!). Now that I’m moved out, I can’t steal it anymore, which made finding one of my own that much sweeter!
Other things I’ve posted on the blog in the past few weeks were also found at the same event! I posted a super cute vintage jacket and an amazing vintage Holt Renfrew bag — all of which I snagged for under $100. 4 pieces for the same price I could usually purchase one for is an absolute win!
I’ve found that now that I can’t wear ripped jeans to work, I want to wear them so much more! And that’s even despite the snow which has me running from any open skin whatsoever. This pair is an oldie from Levi’s but if you want to distress your own jeans, you can check out my tutorial here. I didn’t distress this particular pair but the ones from this post were DIY and I LOVE them!
