There’s nothing better than getting a new coat that 1. keeps you warm and 2. makes you feel FABULOUS! In an effort to work my New Year’s Intentions into 2019, this jacket is a little out of my comfort zone because it’s colourful – but I’ve decided that pink is for sure my new colour of the year. I’m branching out people! I got a size 8 in the jacket so I could layer over thicker sweaters. I usually wear between a size 6 and 8 so I would take your normal size or if you’re between two, go up. Outerwear is always a great thing to invest in because it’s such an important part of any outfit (if you live in the cold!)

Topshop is one of my favourite places to snag statement coats at a reasonable price. OK well, it’s actually one of my favourite places for any and all statement pieces. They have the BEST sales. I always buy Topshop through Hudson’s Bay because its way easier for us Canadians. I do know their normal site has the same deals too though! My favourite wide leg jeans and cable knit sweater are from Topshop and they’re still some of the most worn pieces in my closet!
