Matt and Nat Bag | Topshop Boots (last year’s, this year’s here) | Zara Button Down (similar here) | Moss Copenhagen Sheer Turtleneck | Aritzia Laboratoire Coat (last seen here) | American Eagle Jeans | Forever 21 Hat (similar here)
I’m 100% not ashamed to say this is one of the most colourful outfits I’ve worn in a long while. I’m usually more of a black on more black type of gal, so buying these boots were a little out of my comfort zone. When they arrived at my front door, I was still skeptical that I would actually wear them. Now, I wouldn’t consider them work appropriate, but I’m just going to hold onto the fact that I still have Sundays off and a whole year of school left to get some wear out of these bad boys.
My mauve accessories trend continues with the best tote bag I have. ever. had. I used to use the bag I wore here as my work bag and it just wasn’t working out for me. There were no pockets and I was constantly losing everything. While looking for a new tote with ample pocket space, I saw this Matt and Nat diaper bag and at first glance had no idea it was a diaper bag. I’m slightly ashamed to admit that I thought the baby changing pad was a laptop case. I was so confused! I couldn’t understand how you could wrap your laptop in that, until I figured out it was for babies. Oops!
This layered combo has been on repeat lately since it’s been so cold. I love adding this sheer turtleneck under just about anything to add a bit more interest. Plus, it reminds me of my time abroad in Copenhagen (where I bought it), which is always a win.
