I’m always looking for new ways to wear pieces I already have. I mean, I would love to buy a new outfit for every day, but not only is that not sustainable (HELLO 2019 Intentions!) but it’s also not realistic. SO, to compensate, I have to find new and cool ways to style clothes I already have in my closet.
This dress is a prime example! I originally bought it for the office and loved how easy it was to throw on and go – you can see it styled on the blog for the first time here. But now that I’m back in school, I don’t need a ton of workwear anymore; at least for the time being.
I love sharing different ways to wear pieces to hopefully inspire you to shop around your own closet. In the past, I’ve done ways to wear a button down skirt seen here, here and here and ways to wear a chunky knit sweater seen here, here and here.
This dress is so pretty and luxurious (I mean the price tag will do that to you, am I right?!). But, it’s also super versatile. It can be worn as a dress, a top or a light jacket. That’s exactly what I’m looking for when investing in a piece that’s a tad more expensive! Plus, it’s on major sale right now in 2 colors – $100 off!
By finding new ways to wear pieces you already own, you’re 1. Utilizing what you already own, and 2. You’re saving money on those pieces that you would have bought.

I love being able to find something from my closet that I haven’t worn in a while, and wear it in a way that makes it feel brand new! You seriously can’t beat that “new” clothes feeling!
