Sweater weather is better weather (than winter weather anyways). I love a good sweater and after reorganizing my closet I noticed that I have a huge disproportion of white/cream to anything else. SO the next time I was at the mall looking at sweaters, I knew I had to opt for something with a little more colour (I don’t say that with much enthusiasm LOL). This one is burgundy (which I didn’t already have!), and off the shoulder which makes it that much more necessary to add it to the collection. Make sure you size down 1 or 2 sizes because it does fit oversized. I usually wear a small or medium and I grabbed an xs.

I love a good sweater because if you’re anything like me, you get cold if someone breathes on you. It’s seriously a curse. I can’t wear cute PJ’s in the winter because I get so cold, only 2 hoodies, sweatpants AND my favourite onesie will keep me warm. So on that note, before THAT kind of weather hits, I try and get as much sweater weather time in as I can.

As per usual, my Gucci belt steals the show because it’s so beautiful; it really could be my most prized possession. I definitely don’t think you need to spend that kind of money for the same affect though. By opting for a belt with a big buckle like this red one or this one (both under $50), you’re getting the same effect for like 1/10th of the price. That’s a steal people! I added my Duval Canada bag chain as a belt like I did here as well, and I still love it. I wasn’t sure how often I would actually wear a chain belt so when I was looking to hop on the trend, I made sure to stick to the lower budget end. It was less than $20 for this and I’ve worn it a ton, both as a belt and as a bag strap. Versatility is what I’m after and this definitely fits the bill.

FINALLY, let’s talk about these shoes! Who would have thought that WALMART of all places could produce a shoe this cute? Cause I sure as hell did NOT. But at $15, I couldn’t afford not to buy them. I will admit that they aren’t as comfy as other ones I’ve tried of this style, probably because they aren’t made out of the best materials, but for a work day or a casual day without a ton of walking, I can get on board with that. They fit true to size, I usually wear a 9 or 10 and I snagged a 10 here.
