Zara Culottes | American Eagle Bomber | Aritzia Turtleneck | Aldo Heels | H&M Scarf (pink version) | Camelia Roma Bag
I tend to gravitate towards darker hues when fall starts to roll around. I love a good dark lip and black pieces, but as my love for pink grows, I wanted to find ways to incorporate it into my cooler temperature wardrobe – AKA dusty rose. I adore this colour! It’s the perfect shade to go from spring to summer to fall and into winter too! I’m all about versatility so anything that I don’t have to pack away during season changes is an A+ in my books.
Trousers have been my favourite go-to since my exchange in Copenhagen earlier this year and I really don’t think I’m going to slow down any time soon. They are so comfortable and so flattering that I think it might almost be a crime to switch back to jeans for a majority of the time! Plus, with my new-ish accounting job in full force, I’m finding myself reaching for a comfy pair of trousers more often than not, and I’m not going to lie, I’m loving it! I adore this pair from Zara so much, I have them in 3 colours. And I’m not even ashamed. When a pair of pants don’t wrinkle, are that comfy, and look that good, it would truly be a pity to not buy them in every colour #amirite?!
I pulled out my embroidered bomber from last year’s American Eagle collection and I have to admit that I haven’t worn it as much as I’d like to. Bombers were such a trend a year ago and I feel like they’ve almost lost their appeal. I don’t know if I’ll be investing in another one anytime soon because I find them a little tricky to pair, but this one has a nice little spot in my closet for the next bit.
